Last Friday the PFC Rainwater and Copelands team held a BBQ to kick off their annual two weeks summer break. It was a great opportunity to thank the staff for their hard work all year and give them a good send-off for their holidays.

In charge of cooking was the newly appointed Managing Director, Mark Robinson and Production Director, Jackie Forde. It’s safe to say they made a great duo and the food went down a treat!

We hope all the team enjoy their well deserved annual leave, looking forward to next years BBQ already!
